   Hi Shrini,
   Good question!
   i look at this is question in two ways

   1.Personally
   i would look for quality in terms of the final output

   2.At the end of the day we are paid for what the customer wants
   so would provide the same.
   Process is very regularly used term and lots confusing for me.
   so i am much into the final output with value adds

   Quality and customer satisfaction both are important aspects.
   Customer will be satisfied only when the quality is good.So both are interrelated aspects.
